With high quality for bleaching procedures, Prime Pro Extreme has developed the latest Multi Techniques and Platinum Blond bleaching powder series, capable of lifting hair color up to 10 levels while avoiding orange or yellow undertones. It is compatible with all hair types.
Prime has introduced Luminum Blond, a high-performance multi-technique bleaching powder, suitable for foil techniques or freehand application (airlight techniques). With controlled action, it can lift up to 9 levels and is compatible with all hair types.
The key component is SEDCOLL technology, combining silk protein with hydrolyzed collagen and other active ingredients, providing maximum protection during the bleaching process. It forms a protective membrane on the hair cuticles while simultaneously nourishing and strengthening the hair fiber.
For best results, it is recommended to use Luminum Blond together with the PROFIT OF COLOR OXI CRÈME series for safe lifting up to 9 levels.
Instructions for Use:

General mixing ratio: Mix 1 part bleaching powder with 1–1.5 parts oxidizing cream, or 1 part powder with 2 parts oxidizing cream.

Freehand techniques: Mix the desired amount of product in a ratio of 1 part bleaching powder to 1–1.5 parts oxidizing cream, adjusting based on the desired texture.
